The Japanese chrysanthemum, “Nojikiku” is the Flower of Hyogo Prefecture, it was chosen as the graphic trademark of Kobe Beef

The "Nojikiku" branding iron is machined out of solid bronze. 

​

Paired with a solid American Walnut serving tray and bronze inlays it's a guaranteed show-stopper.

Traditionally, sushi is served on minimalist Japanese-style, geometric, mono- or duo-tone wood or lacquer plates in keeping with the aesthetic qualities of this cuisine.
